Sizes are measured by hand and may vary by 1–3 mm. As each piece is handmade, natural variations in color, finish, texture, and pattern are part of its unique character and are not considered defects.

Products & Craftsmanship


Yes. Our pieces are handmade or hand-finished by skilled Chinese artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Some works may take days or even months to complete.


Small differences in color, texture, glaze, pattern, and shape are natural characteristics of handmade products. These variations make every piece unique and are not considered defects.


Yes. Customization may be available for selected lacquerware, ceramics, decorative objects, and furniture. Please contact us with your preferred size, color, pattern, quantity, and delivery country for an individual quotation.

Orders & Shipping

Yes. We ship selected products to customers in many countries and regions. Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout. Large, fragile, or high-value pieces may require an individual shipping quotation.

Shipping costs depend on the destination, package size, weight, product type, and delivery method. For oversized furniture and fragile artworks, please contact us so we can confirm the safest shipping solution and provide an accurate quotation.

Processing time varies because many products are handmade or made to order. Estimated preparation and delivery information will be provided on the product page or after your order is confirmed. International delivery times may also be affected by customs clearance.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country


We currently accept PayPal through our secure Shopify checkout. Available payment options may vary depending on the customer’s country or region.


Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information, when tracking is available.


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, photographs of the product, outer packaging, inner packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Return and cancellation eligibility depends on the product and order status. Customized and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review our Refund Policy before placing your order.
